The last time I ran into an issue where my Castorice figure came with a manufacturing defect (the metal parts wouldn’t stay connected). However the team not only helped me resolve the problem but also arranged to send a replacement figure which was incredibly kind of them ❤️
Everything about the product was wonderful and arrived in excellent condition. The figure was detailed and matched the photo well. However, I was expecting the figure's carry bag that was mentioned. I'm unsure if it was included with my purchase.
Although the item was out of stock, the support team was incredibly helpful. They made the size available for me after I mentioned it was a Christmas gift, allowing me to order in advance. I love this platform! The updates on my package were also very reassuring. :)
