Very Unprofessional and Unreliable Experience

I had a horrible experience with Lookfantastic. I paid the full amount, including taxes, at the time of purchase. However, during delivery, the courier service demanded additional tax payment. This is completely unacceptable and feels like cheating customers. Lookfantastic is not reliable and lacks professionalism.
