Review Time
Very disappointing experience. Placed my order and was asked to pay the tax few days later . When I received my order, 2 of the items were missing … I have advised LF immediately and they promised to send the forgotten items. However I was told that I will have to pay the tax again despite already paying this as the original import invoice included these already! I am refusing to pay again as this is LF fault and they should be liable for any import charges on these items. Just had a response from LF asking to respond to their message - no message sent though so nothing to respond to. Still waiting for confirmation of the missing items are being sent and who is liable for the tax!
Actually I am so disappointed Look fantastic UAE attract you with amazing prices but later on you get shocked when they split your order and then force you to pay extra fees for each part of the order separately. At the end you end up paying full amount or even more. I chatted with an agent who offered me a store credit of 20 AED which is nothing compared to what I pay and even was not credited in my account. They should improve the shipping and also products are limited compared to uk site.
