Review Time
I have ordered items which worth 700 Aed.it shows that I am eligible for a gift as my order is more than a certain amount. It showed a gift in the cart without any image . But once I received my products, there was no gif. So basically they scam you to buy.
I haven't received my order. I was informed that one item was out of stock, and later I received a cancellation notice for that item. My order still hasn't shipped, and when I contacted the support team, they said everything was out of stock, yet the items are still listed for sale. After waiting a week, I was told I could either keep waiting or cancel my order. I attempted to cancel some items while keeping others, but my whole order was canceled. I waited for a sale to buy hair products but ended up paying full price at another store. My experience with the service has been very disappointing and cost me money.
Lookfantastic sent me a wrong parcel with items of much lower value than what i ordered and claimed that everything has been delivered. Now customer service wants me to return items back to UK and after checking they will order a replacement… the most annoying online service. Be aware!
