Scammers!!! Wrong item sent

I ordered a hair waver tool but received a small hair mask instead. When I complained, I was told to return it myself to get my money back. Why should I lose time and money for their mistake? They should send someone to pick it up. They took my money and sent the wrong item without taking responsibility. This is outrageous. They are truly scammers! Avoid them at all costs!
