I bought the L’Oréal revive colour conditioner, which I’ve used for years, and the product has changed, it’s absolutely disgusting, it smells and it leaves hair greasy and looking unwashed.
I’ve complained and have now been waiting over 6 months for a replacement product, which apparently was sent out last November but I e not seen it and no tracking number has been sent to me either, obviously my $10 loss means nothing to them!!!!

I cannot recommend the color system. I received a faulty cartridge and am unable to get a replacement because there's no way to speak with a representative. The recorded messages are unhelpful, and the cartridges are expensive, leading to a waste of money.
The company recently discontinued a fantastic product, and the alternative is disappointing. It leaves my curls feeling dry and brittle. If something works well, there's no need to change it. I'm now searching for a brand that prioritizes quality.
I've used this hair color for about 20 years and was very satisfied. However, the recent formula change has affected its performance; it doesn't cover gray as well and has a pink tinge. I'm really disappointed and will need to find another option.
