I Order at 2025 August and pat it/ This product never come to me I wrote alot of mails and always got some different answer:

Scam! Payment for the item made, received nothing. Over 4 months and 12 emails later, constantly being misled by the company. Fortunately, payment was made through PayPal and the full amount was refunded.Company also known by the following name: LIANLIAN TRADING CO., LIMITED.
I don’t even want to give this set of thieves 1 star but I have to !!…..if it is too good to be true then it usually is !!….excuse after excuse of why my package wasn’t delivered and offered nothing but apologies…they even had the audacity to say my parcel had arrived 2 hours before it supposedly did as I checked my order at 14.10pm and it said it was delivered at 16.40pm !!….AVOID at all costs…they never had the item in the first place and had no intention of ever sending it….luckily I had my suspicions and paid via PayPal and got all my money back
Ordered screens for laptop, no sign of them 10 days later contacted them via email on the 29.10.2025, told delivery takes 35 days, checked tracking a few days later to see apparently goods delivered on 29.10.2025, emailed again asked about the tracking, told goods delivers but they arent able to provide evidence of delivery, who signed for it or even the name of the courier that would have delivered to my address. Total scam do not use
ZERO STARS !!!!!! Ordered items, nothing but 'excuses' from the email replies received, no actual references to the correct details of the tracking of the items, seems to be a 'made up list' of details. CHINA BASED OUTFIT, NO CONTACT NUMBERS, JUST STUPID REPLIES TO EMAILS SAYING PACKAGE DELIVERED ON SUCH A DATE, Order placed 10/09/25payment taken 23/09/25 so far nothing has arrived 18/11/25 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I saw a product on Facebook and ordered it. It didn’t say it would take a month to receive it or it was from China. Meanwhile, we moved to another close by city. The package information tracking said it was delivered to the old address. But no one there received it or saw it at the old location. They were watching for it. Cole, in a email, said they would send another to replace the order to the new address. It was another month wait. I watched the tracking, as I had not receive notification as to when it would be delivered. Finally on December 16 I saw on tracking site, it had been delivered on December 15. I have a porch camera and I was home all day. Nothing shows that it was delivered. I have contacted Cole, but have heard nothing.Next step is to contact PayPal!
