I purchased boots from Labels of Amsterdam, and after only one month of normal use, the sole cracked on the side.
I contacted customer support multiple times to report this as a defective product, but they repeatedly refused to handle the case, citing their 30-day return policy and claiming that a used item cannot be defective.
This is misleading and contrary to EU consumer law, which guarantees a minimum two-year legal guarantee for defective products. A manufacturing defect often becomes visible only after normal use, and refusal to address it is unacceptable.
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the way this situation has been handled. This experience does not reflect the price paid or the standards expected from a reputable retailer.

Ordered jeans and received something that vaguely looked like it. Different model of jeans and super cheap details.Got in touch with customer service, but couldnt return it without paying the costs back to China, even though they clearly ripped me off.After several emails i agreed with a 50% refundSo now im the owner of a very poorly, cheaply made jeans.
Don't order from Labels of Amsterdam. They ship items from China, meaning you have to wait for weeks. I received an opened package, so it was empty. And I've been emailing them for weeks now, and I keep getting what's probably an automated message.
My order just arrived 05/01/2026. The quality is absolutely terrible. The item is also not labeled. According to their return policy thy will not give a refund if item is returned without a label but how is that possible if item was not labelled in the first place? I would encourage people who have had a bad experience to report them to ACM authorities. I have requested they provide a return address within the Netherlands as their registered address is in the Netherlands. They cannot request consumers to pay for returns out of their own pocket if return is outside of the EU!!!
Please do not waste your money here. First of all it takes long because it ships from China. Secondly, the quality is very cheap. The photos are way nicer than the products. And the sizing is also weird. I ordered an M for it to be oversized and it fits like an S (I am usually an XS-S so for me to feel it’s a bit tight is quite strange). Third, I’m trying to return it and get a refund but they ask you to cover the shipping costs, which of course is a large amount. Be a smart and well researched consumer unlike me haha and don’t waste your money on this. It sucks!
