I’ve been a customer for years, but I’ve noticed a drop in both quality and service as they’ve expanded. I placed an order on December 24, 2025, and as of December 10, 2025, it still hasn’t shipped. I received a message stating my order is unfulfilled due to a warehouse move. They held a significant Christmas sale right after a Black Friday event without proper preparation. Orders are delayed, yet they keep taking payments without timely fulfillment. I suggest steering clear of this company until they make improvements.
