I had an issue with one of the sweatshirts I ordered, there were 2, what looked like paint stains. They were very nice, ask me to wash them just in cast it would come out, and it did not. They gave me a store credit. I’m happy with that because Christmas is coming and I need new long sleeved Tee’s and regular Christmas Tee’s 😉🌸
I absolutely LOVE everything I’ve gotten from Love in Faith. I have ordered a ton from here. In fact, my wardrobe is 95% their tees and sweatshirts. They’re comfortable, affordable, and have a beautiful message on each and every one. I love being able to wear my faith on my clothes every day. I’ve witnessed to a lot of people just because it’s a conversation starter.
So, I understand there can be shipping delays with any company. That being said, I reached out to them, and they let me know that they were experiencing a warehouse move, and that was the reason my order hadn’t shipped yet. Along the lines of, thank you for your purchase , will ship asap, etc. so I waited several more days, reached out again, and they let me know, it still hadn’t shipped, but will provide tracking once available. Fast forward, I notice there’s is a refund on my bank acct for my order. I reached out for a 3rd time, asking why I received a refund on my order, without any communication as to why my order was cancelled placed over two weeks prior. They let me know their inventory was off, and they were unable to fulfill my order after all. Mind you I received no notification of any of these events, prior to reaching out on my own behalf.
Nightmare! Ordered four shirts on 9/13 from sale they ran.Reached out after a week. They claimed longer processing times from sale and warehouse move.Reached out after another nearly TWO weeks.Claimed it was an issue with their “printing team”.Asked if I preferred to wait or cancel and ship the rest of the shirts.I didn’t answer. Two days later I get a notice they canceled and refunded that item without me knowing and shipped part of my order.I reach out. They now say it’s due to an “inventory issue” and not only are they canceling the one shirt, they’re canceling another and refunded it.In same email, rep offered a free item of my choice to “make things right”.Link he sent isn’t working.I reach out.No response.I reach out again. Now a different rep responded and claims they offered either a refund OR a free item. Wrong. I didn’t CHOOSE the refund. They refunded when they messed up and realized they sold more than they could keep up with in their sale and got themselves upside down, therein screwing me (and I’m guessing TONS of other people!) over, just based off of reading 10 recent reviews.What. A. Nightmare. Of. A. Company! You try to shop small and it smashes in your face and here we are TWENTY SIX days post order today on October 10 and I have ZERO items and continued empty promises. YUCK. Bad business practice. It’s simple, if you can’t keep up with your sale - STOP PROMOTING IT every second post on social media and catch up and send the sales you’ve already made. You got in over your heads and got upside down and gained and lost customers like me in the blink of an eye because of your shady business practices! And yet the posts keep coming up over and over on socials.Don’t run a sale you can’t keep up with. And for the love of God, follow through on your promises. Goodness gracious, what a HORRIBLE experience!EDITED TWO HOURS AFTER POSTING TO ADD: they are not willing to make it right. The rep I’m dealing with today is claiming they could only offer either a refund OR a free item, when that is CLEARLY not what the email with the offer inside said on Wednesday. I want them to honor the offer and they won’t. Sorry, you don’t get to make a clear as day offer and then take it back four days later when your customer service finally responds and says, whoops - that’s not what we meant. Nope. The email clearly stated: ”To make it right, we'd love for you to choose a free item of your choice as our way of apologizing. Simply login to your account and follow the steps in the email to claim your free item. The link to the offer is here.” Nothing about a refund OR a free item. And at this point, he had already refunded my item without me knowing it!!!! After telling me a couple days prior it was a printing issue. Holy nightmare! It all just seems so shady and unethical! And the unwillingness to follow through and honor an offer your rep gave me, even if he misspoke and that’s not what you usually offer is a HUUUUUUUMONGOUS red flag!!!!!
