This precious group of Servant’s of God are so responsive to requests. I’ve lost count of the sweatshirts and t-shirts I’ve purchased over the years. If I mess up an order and let them know they are right on it to cancel. I send an email and they always answer right away. The quality of their products are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! AND they are in the USA! 🇺🇸
I ordered 4 shirts at one time, 2 were Christmas gifts, 2 were personal orders. The shirts for gifts came in, thank goodness, but I was missing one shirt. The order made it seem as if all 4 shirts were sent. I emailed customer service and was contacted within the hour about a replacement. I didn’t see it for a bit longer and replied as soon as I did see it. Received a reply by the next day and a new shirt is being sent as the one I didn’t receive was out of stock in my size. Would have been nice to know that one was out of stock or to have received a refund, without having to check with customer service. I love the shirts I have ordered, hope my gift recipients do as well!

I had an out of the ordinary situtation occur. I received prompt attention from a person. I found the customer service to be very responsive...and caring. I will be ordering from this company again. I like the varity of products. I do wish there were some mens items.
