Purchased one one 209.00 tirzepatide special that was to come from BPI Labs and it came from Greenwich pharmacy I call customer service and they said only 6 and 12 week plans come from BPI but they can change My plan from one month to multi weeks to get BPI Bait and switch was not happy Never Again
I wasn’t planning to renew and I didn’t get a notification that my subscription was about to renew. I only got an email after it had already been shipped. It would’ve been nice to be notified that my renewal was coming out
The website is not user friendly. I was viewing what a product was and suddenly received an email that the product was being prepared for shipping. I immediately emailed and said I did not want the product. I had already been charged. I was told there would be a $25 restocking fee. Two months later I was charged $40 for an unknown reason with still no refund. After over two and a half months I was only refunded $149 out of the $249 I was charged. Somehow the restocking fee went from $25 to $100.This all took many emails and months. Very disappointed!!!I do not recommend this company and am very sorry I used them!
The product, packaging and instructions are done very well, and they are quick at shipping and stay in touch with you during treatment.The reason for only 3 ⭐️ is because I had asked, and been told that the discount I received my first month wouldn’t change going forward. But after my initial month, I was offered a 3 month supply to make titration to other doses easier. But I didn’t know that discount was PER ORDER not PER MONTH!!
I did not appreciate not being told that as increasing medication would increase the cost. Also I had sent a message asking what the cost was for each increase. I got no response.I paid $169. And then went to $349. I believe. I was shocked. I did not have the money to spend at that time. So it left me short on my bills. I was not told ahead of time. You just took it out without telling me the cost increase. I think that is rude and poor business. I called your company letting you know I was not expecting it to cost that much. Asking for a price break down as moving forward. Never heard back or received a cost sheet.
