I am quite frustrated. I have bought bracelets from the company before that were durable, but the quality of their more affordable line has noticeably declined. A colored bracelet started to discolor within two months, revealing white plastic underneath. Being told this is 'normal' and being advised to upgrade to the luxury range was disheartening. I won't be buying again.
What gorgeous bracelets for personal use or as gifts! I've bought several over the years, most recently for my cousins in Vancouver, who absolutely love them! The quality is excellent; mine have lasted for years! The representative is so accommodating and goes above and beyond—I'll never get my beads from anywhere else! :)
I've purchased several bracelets from the company and wear them all the time without taking them off. They hold up incredibly well and do not tarnish or discolor. They also offer restringing services if needed, and the quality of the beads is excellent. I plan to keep buying these bracelets as gifts.
