I ordered 3 beautiful high end looking tops. What i got were 3 tops that basically looked like flour sack material. This has happened twice, the other time it was dresses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, even though it says usa, when I got my pkgs, it showed they had been to 2 Chinese outlets

I sent for a pretty top. When it arrived it wasnt anything like the one I sent for. Its shocking , the fabric is nothing like the one that was pictured. Ive asked for their return address. The email I received said, it was expensive to post and it will probably get lost. In other words dont bother as they won't refund anyway. Im disgusted, it cost £34..I could have got a better quality top in UK, but it was the style I was looking for.I advise people not to use this site. Its appalling
Scammers, they do not mind anything about you once you order the product, they just take your money and shows you a fake tracking number that never get to be delivered to your house until you try to figure out what the issue was and realised that they scammed you.
This has been one of the worst companies to order from your order sits in order status for about a week and a half then move to shipping status to another week once you receive the tracking you have no update of where your item is located or a time estimate of when it will arrive no communications except for through AI never again will I use this service? Don’t waste your money, especially if you have a time sensitive item for any occasion. It is May 1 and I still haven’t received my order.
Never again! I ordered a wide grey maxi-skirt and received a narrow beige midi-skirt. The skirt was not cheap at all, so I wanted to send it back. But the customer has to pay the shipping costs, which are horrible. They offered me a refund from only 15 % if I keep the wrong item which I will never wear. I told them two times, that this is not acceptable, but never received an answer to my e-mail. Don't buy at Loveylvioa!!
Such cheap material and workmanship, doesn't look like photos. The return policy is sketchy and you have to e-mail them for a return address, my email has not be replied to. The shipping costs will be so much, that I may not return it. Such a scam.
