Review Time
The item received did not even vaguely resemble the item depicted. There were no return details in the parcel. I emailed them numerous times and never received a response. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. There are many other negative reviews with the same issues I had. I don’t believe this is a legitimate business and would NOT recommend them at all.
Ordered a pair of shoes. After weeks they finally arrived and they are not the ones I ordered. There is not straightforward return option. Basically they are asking me to pick something else from their website and they will supposedly send it to me as a replacement. DO NOT buy from them!
They’re thieves! Never buy from this website. They sell something completely different from what’s shown in the photos. After you order, you suddenly get an email saying they “apologize for the delay due to high order volume” — it’s all lies. They send cheap, low-quality clothing from China. I wanted to return a coat, and they told me I had to ship it back to China to get my money back, or I could exchange it for another cheap item.
The item I received doesn't look ANYTHING like the photo of the one I ordered. I was skeptical, as I am of any online company anymore, but when I researched Lowie and Liv it appeared to be a legit company. It's too bad I didn't find these reviews before I ordered. Trying to return the item is not worth it, as there is a return fee as well as the cost to ship it back to China. If I had known it was a company in China I would have never ordered. I consider myself pretty cautious when it comes to trusting online companies, but this one sucked me in. Don't be fooled!!!
I ordered a couple of pieces of knitwear back in June/July, they were for a gift. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive on time and I had to buy something else. I explained this to Lowie and Liv and asked them for return details. To my surprise I was told to keep the items and order something else to the same value at no extra cost to myself. I did this and true to their word my replacement arrived yesterday. It’s not often you can rely on seller’s promises but Lowie and Liv certainly lived up to their promise.
