Sold a jumper to me that was out of stock, told me they could offer me store credit I declined they said they’d give me a refund still no refund one month and a half after purchasing . Despicable. UPDATE: they gave me a refund after 2 months after I sent them SEVERAL emails - (surprisingly it was the threat of legal action that finally prompted the refund ) and they never refunded me on the shipping and insurance of £4 even though the order was never shipped- make it make sense! How am I paying you for something you never did !! Daylight robbery !! I did some digging they are a dodgy company not British based at all so keep that in mind when ordering … definitely an overpriced fast fashion polluter… do not purchase unless you want to lose your money for 2 months god knows where and be conned out of four quid
Absolute SCAM! You will receive a facsimile of the item you ordered. However, it is not exactly like the picture. QUALITY IS HORRIBLE! Too expensive to return for refund so they sent a replacement of my choice for same value. Piece of garbage also. DO NOT WASTE MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
i love the good quality of these clothes 😍, good communication and a good choice of items, usually jumpers make me itch but these ones are so soft i dont itch at all , its so nice to wear a jumper for the first time in many years xxx
Lowie & Liv are a scam company - they falsely advertise their products and dropship items that look nothing like the pictures - my experience with them was frustrating from start to finish. I ordered a fleece-linef jacket that looked high quality on their website, but what arrived was nothing like it — a completely different material and design that felt cheap and looked nothing like the photos. When I reached out to their support, they initially offered a replacement, without explanation of why the jacket looked nothing like the picture.When I requested a refund, they asked me to post the jacket back to an address in Guangzhou, China, at my own expense. Their own refund policy states that return costs are covered when the issue is their mistake, and they even admitted in writing that the incorrect item was their fault. Despite this, they later went back on their word and offered partial refunds (first 25%, then 65%) to get me to drop the matter. It was clear they were trying to avoid paying for return shipping or processing a proper refund.Don't order from these guys and if you have ordered, DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING to China; instead, contact your bank and request a chargeback for a falsely advertised product. Save all email evidence and photos, as that’s usually enough for your bank to reverse the transaction. In short, steer clear — this company is not what it pretends to be.
Long lead time, discount on next order offered too soon after ordering. First red flag. When it arrived nearly 2 weeks later it looked completely different than what was shown in the picture. Cheap and awful Chinese manufacturer with a huge mark up. Avoid at all costs!
