Never purchase from this company. The shoes I received looked nothing like the pictures and were of inferior quality. I was required to return the items for a refund to an overseas address, which cost nearly as much as the shoes. Despite multiple emails with proof of return, I have yet to receive a refund. Initially, I got responses, but now my messages are being ignored. Avoid this company!
Problems with this company selling cheap fake goods which have little resemblance to those advertised is well documented. However I dared to trust their customer service as their contact seemed credible despite them making it more expensive to return goods to China (they don't mention this!) as per their also fake Refund Guarantee. So I agreed to choose a second item offered as a gesture of good will to soften my disappointment in the sub standard jumper which is nothing like the photos all over Pinterest. After weeks of chasing up the "good will" blouse it finally arrived. I can't describe how vile it is! AGAIN Looks nothing like the advertised item and is the cheapest printed fabric design pretending to be appropriate fabric for a blouse and the white underside shows where the collar gapes. Nothing more I can do as they are allowed to get away with it again and again ! Jumper will be used for gardening and the blouse....... straight in the bin.
Payment was taken immediately, but my order was never delivered.It has now been almost two months, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received neither the product nor a refund.As a customer, paying for a product and receiving nothing in return—while being refused a refund—is unacceptable.I will continue to share my experience publicly until this situation is resolved and my money is returned.
Wish I had checked this site first. Don’t fall victim to their marketing schemes. They send automatic, generic emails about your order reporting they “normally get things shipped sooner but due to an overwhelming demand there are delays.” But this has now happened twice, months apart, on the same item. The first order was lost. The second one arrived in trashy plastic wrap and looked nothing like the picture. This is some knock off company with terrible customer service and false advertising. Update- the company offered to refund me once they received the merchandise. The return address for which you must pay return shipping is in china! They do a great job hiding this fact in their return and contact info on their website site so you do not realize the trouble it will be to make a return. They also push really hard to let the send you a different product instead of giving you the return info- which is also an attempt to disguise who they are. But none of the products seem to match the website so that solution is not acceptable. Do not be fooled! They are a complete scam. Second update- After pushing back and going through my credit card company they refunded my orders.
Ordered a jumper. Very poor quality. No front nor back, no seams, hence no shape. No company labelling either. Obviosulymass produced tat! If you areading this review and haven’t bought yet, dont. And on a related issue, I’m sick and tired of Pinterest giving these scam companies oxygen! By taking money for advertising in my opinion Pinterest is part of the problem.
Was not as advertised. Was supposed to be an "insulated "jacket.picture shows thicker hood and fleece lined.what I got was a thin cheap polyester shirt basically "lined "with polyester .baggy and misshapen. Looked like the pattern was stamped on it.Even 5 dollars would be overpriced this company is a total scam.going to drop it at Goodwill.lesson learned ALWAYS comb through reviews before you buy.
