Review Time
My order wasn’t delivered to me, it was delivered to an address in TN instead of my address in WA and they have been evading fixing this issue, they have asked me to contact my local carrier even though the carrier they used is some random company. This company looks like they’re scamming customers and want to formally complain about them.
I put the date of my reviee but it's been ongoing. If I could give Lowie & Liv a 0 I would. I feel giving them a 1 isnt the right rating. I only received 2 of the 4 pairs of shoes I ordered. I reached out to them & after 2 email chains, they offered another larger size that was available at the time. I accepted. They never provided status and when inquiring they stated they were working on it. I sent them another email today (I swear they block your emails after so many back/forth) and they told me that the larger sixe they offered was no longer available. So they lied, took my money and did not honor my order. Something is very wrong with a company whose customer care is completely absent.
If I could give zero stars I would the biggest scammers in life is Lowie & Liv hiding behind legalities, more needs to be done to stop crooks. It is a form a stealing to charge waaaay over the value of an item and deliver poor quality goods. I bought a "jacket" (more like a cheap old fashioned table cloth looking thing with cheap polyester false fur) on 8/10/2025 it arrived on 19/10/2025 it looked like it belonged from the caveman days its hideous. The service was abismal and when I mentioned its odd that a UK company has their warehouse based in Hong Kong Lowe & Liv went silent and sent their puppet David to answer via email for them. He is very selfish, he did not care that I was unhappy with the service, no apology, no empathy and was smug via email about not refunding me. Here is a glimpse of our interaction: A glimpse of my email to him :The right thing to do is to refund someone who clearly wants their money back its a form of stealing not to, there are a lot of scammers out there that hide behind legalities. You could easily refund me without me having to pay high costs to send a parcel to China that you may not recieve and then pocket someone elses money, but then you know that. I have browsed the site and didn't see anything I think would last they are priced waaaay beyond their value, even the reduce price does not match the value of the materials used I could tell from the "jacket" I recieved. Always check review sites like this one before you pay your hard earned cash on brick a brack low value fabric. Also ALWAYS check a companies returns policy, shipping options and most importantly where returns for a refund have to be sent this will be under Shipping and Terms and Conditions on their website, as we have learned scammers are most likely to use the tactic of thier warehouse being based in China (Hong Kong usually) to keep your money, talk about desperate thieves. The man at the post office told me he has so many people complaining to him because the returns end up not being received (dogey or what).Ps: I didn't order anymore brick a brack form Lowie & Liv's store. I called citezens advice who forwarded the information to Trading and Standards so they are aware of them. I hope more people do that as it encourages action to be taken. Their website is literally decieving too, the "jacket" looks NOTHING like how it is advertised its as thin as paper and its suppose to be a "thermal jacket" talk about deceptive. Because they are not under UK law you cannot have them for false advertising as thats UK law, that is a clear sign to steer clear of a business good proffessional business owners with good charecter usually have a UK base and warehouse, and fall under UK law, always check all this before purchasing from an online store.The silver lining is I can share this review on all popular review sites, which I will definately be doing Trust Pilot is the first stop. And I can move forward from the stress of this more legally informed.
I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering a coat. The material is cheap, far too big, and looks nothing like the picture. This has taught me a lesson not to trust online sites from brands I’m not familiar with. The coat took about 3 weeks to arrive and I’m there offering me a replacement which I don’t want. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Very in happy with the quality of there clothes. I had to email several times to tell them I wanted to return my Item, finally they said okay but it would cost over $30.00 to ship back to China just through away the clothes:(. I would never shop with this company again👎🏻
