Tried to take advantage of me by providing a ridiculous quote of nearly £400 to change shed lock. Also used the mobile number +44 7538 737576. When I tried a more reputable business they quoted £79. Avoid this company, they are ripping people off.

NEVER EVER USE - PLEASE THEY ARE SCAMMERS - TOTALLY VILE. WE WERE CHARGED OVER 500 POUNDS FOR A SIMPLE DOOR LOCK TO BE CHANGED - I HONESTLY COULDNT BELIEVE IT. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, SO DISGUSTING. REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS YOU SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING.

Absolute scam! Firstly I called them, I was told it would be 30 minutes - they turned up 1 hour later. The guy was rude straight away, I was told £45 call out fee. Then he said £230 to drill the lock. He was very impatient while we decided what to do. He then said if he leaves now the call out fee is £89 - what a joke. Just making up numbers and adding extra money for no reason. We decided to go ahead as we were desperate to get inside and we had already waited an hour. He drilled - very badly the lock but managed to do it. He then said the fee was £276 as it VAT on top of- TOTAL SCAM. He was rude and unpleasant also. DO NOT USE THEM.
