Excellent communication from start to finish. LTI kept us informed during the whole process and Chloe in reception was very friendly and easy to deal with. The workmen were polite and respectful and tidied up after themselves. The roof looks great. Would definitely recommend.

The guys that came were so pleasant and professional it was a lovely experience. They worked long and hard into the early evening and got everything done in1 long day. They tided up as they went along and left the area definitely better than they found it. It's quite an expensive outlay but a terrific result.

I have a sign on my door stating i don't want door to door salespeople (can't be missed) LTI don't care about that, had them banging on my door meaning i had to disturb an online meeting to deal with a sales person that didn't value my time or instructions. Poor practice.
