From the moment I signed up to have the external house walls painted, I became sceptical about the standard of workmanship which was to be expected.My fears however have been allayed because the finished job has been carried out by professional people to a professional standard.The personnel concerned, are all hardworking and dedicated individuals,who have a pleasant demeanour with a no nonsense approach to their work.I will have no hesitation in recommending Lti Transformations to others for an outstanding job carried out.Well done Lti.👏👏👏👏
Daniel and Aidan are a credit to their trade and an obvious asset to the LTI group. From the initial bio wash down to the final finished product, they carried out each job professionally. Nothing was too much trouble. I would also like to heap praise on the Roughcast team led by James for their sterling work. Last but not least, many thanks to Marco for all his help and advice.
We had a quotation for a new coating with LTI on 10/4/2025. The sales presentation was professional and we were quoted a price of £9556. We then paid a deposit of £3186. We were advised work would start within 4-6 weeks. We then had another call advising the work would actually likely start within 2-4 weeks. We then received a call around 6 weeks later advising there had been delays and they would be in touch in due course. In the meantime, we had a change of circumstances which meant we decided not to proceed. There has been absolutely no work done to our house at this stage but LTI have advised there would be an £840 charge for cancellation. No materials delivered, no work done and nearly £1k for the privilege of having no work done. Absolutely avoid
This company is wonderful. Everything was done professionally from the outset, from the initial contact to the finished job. We were informed every step of the way. The work was completed by William, who was very nice. He was thorough and completed the job with efficiency. We are happy also having, a 10 year guarantee. Very reassuring.
Had our walls painted and are delighted with the result. They are looking great. Neil and Adam were very hard working and were very pleasant and professional. When the job was finished everything was left neat and tidy. There initially had been a slight problem with the roughcast but this was remedied very quickly and to our satisfaction. Full marks also to Liam in the office who was very helpful.
Had a representative from LTI ring doorbell this morning despite a clear unmissable notice on door indicating that cold callers were unwelcome and that a return visit was a criminal offence. Admittedly the person left after being told that we weren't interested but he shouldn't have rang our bell in the first place. LTI need to educate their representatives.
