The information provided on the lead up to the start of the project could be improved as the standard start time advice notice issued was very vague and necessitated a call to the Lti office for clarification.However, once the work was commenced John, the leading hand on the project, was most informative and kept me fully updated on progress and his ongoing plans.The finished work appears very good and a number of people have commented on how smart my house roof now looks. John and his onsite team were polite and helpful during the project and left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day.
The finished article is superb. The staff carrying out the work were friendly ,polite and caring. I would recommend this company particularly with staff like this. I have to say the initial survey was very clear and the thorough. The back up from the company office with paper work has been excellent. No problem in saying yes to Lti.
I found everyone I met from this company to be courteous, helpful and to go the extra mile to offer service.From the cleaning of the roughcast to the final coat of paint, everything was carefully and well done. The exterior of my house now looks like new and I was impressed with how clean everyone left the property. A particular shout out for Peter and Mel who were friendly and chatty and worked so hard to suit my requirements.I would have no hesitation in using this company again.
Our crescent is a no-cold-calling zone, signed as such at both access points. Your agents Davey & Gary just chapped on our elderly residents doors in spite of this and in spite of most houses displaying stickers "We do not buy at the door". Your rep Gary told me "there is no law against this". However he fails to recognise that this is incredibly bad PR for the company to disregard residents wishes. More than 2 of my neighbours with mobility and health issues were disturbed, which could have been avoided if they just popped a leaflet in the mailbox instead of cold-calling. LTi completed a job in the neighbourhood and then destroy the goodwill of our 60 members by cold calling in a no-cold-calling official zone. Our residents association has a whatsApp group of the 60 households and LTi as a result is now portrayed as a rogue trader.
LTI provided a seamless experience from the initial contact to job completion. The workmen arrived punctually, were professional throughout, and completed the work to a high standard. Everything was left tidy afterwards, which really added to the positive impression. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service.
