This service is terrible. Avoid at all costs. The clothing does not fit, is poorly made, and they do not provide refunds or returns despite claiming they do. They sent the incorrect size for both items in my initial order, and then repeated the mistake with the second replacement order, forcing me to cover shipping costs due to their lack of a return system.
I ordered what was presented as a linen suit, but later noticed the term "Blend" in the fine print. This is unacceptable. I attempted to cancel the order, only to receive an email stating that refunds are not possible once the order is processed, despite the platform's claims of a hassle-free return within 30 days. Their stated policy says:
Yes, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Just contact our customer service team...and we’ll take care of the rest—whether it’s a smooth refund or exchange. Clearly, this is not the case. From misleading advertising to untrustworthy policies, this has been a frustrating experience. I plan to file a grievance with my bank.

Thanks to Trustpilot, I researched before making a purchase. The websites appear to be operated by the same individuals. Why operate two identical sites with the same items if they are legitimate? The displayed item looks appealing, but I wouldn't spend anything on an item that is worthless. Feedback from both sites would be appreciated.
SCAM... As a first-time buyer with free returns, I ordered an item and wanted to return it due to poor quality. I received an email from customer service stating I had to pay for return shipping back to Belgium. They offered a discount, a replacement, etc., but then ceased communication. There were holes in the jackets as well. The quality was subpar. I will share my review on all social media.
