They were very efficient and very quick in the time it took to deliver a hire car for our use after our car was involved in an accident. The service was delivered with a friendly but professional manner by all the staff whether that be by telephone or when delivering and collecting the car.
What a company. Just got a demand from a dept collection company called credit style for £54.25 regarding petrol that Auxillis says I owe them. Never got any messages from auxillis regarding this plus I wouldn't mind it's nearly a month ago when the car went back to them. Isn't it a good job I photographed the milage on receipt of the car and on the day it went back with around two gallons extra. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE ARE THEY RIPPING OFF.. Purports to be authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) However your replacement car hire agreemnt isnt authorised by FCA in addition you become liable if thrid party insurer declines to pay with no legal comeback. I had to waste an hour of my life listening to all this on phone and then having to read again on their email. In addition they tried to up sell me on more insurance protection for the hire car which is despicable. Car deliverd day late picked up day late almost impossible to get hold of hire depot

I was offered a service to cover the costs of my car after being rear-ended. The entire experience of receiving a vehicle and sending mine for repairs was challenging, and the communication was extremely poor. I was provided with a courtesy car for work, but now, three months later, they are still requesting that I complete forms and submit information because they can't manage their own defense for the case. This has caused unnecessary stress, with constant requests for statements and bank records. They mentioned, "This is a normal process," but they should have informed me upfront so I could choose not to use their service.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received. My vehicle was picked up for maintenance, and I was supposed to receive a replacement vehicle. However, I was only informed after I called that no replacement could be provided due to my automatic-only driving licence. This crucial information should have been communicated in advance. Instead, I received no notice or alternative options until I inquired myself. Consequently, I was left without transportation on short notice, leading to unnecessary stress, loss of income, and extra travel costs. For a company handling customers’ vehicles and mobility, this level of communication and planning is unacceptable. I urge management to take this situation seriously, as inadequate handling can significantly affect individuals' daily lives.
I called the day before the hire car was supposed to be delivered to learn it was unavailable. There was no assistance offered, and they refused to provide a different model. The staff became unprofessional when I expressed my concerns and ended the call abruptly.
