Complete SCAM... The only reason I gave one star is that it was necessary to post a review. What I ordered from the picture and the quality of what I received were completely different. I will request a return for a full refund, and if it’s refused or the process is too complicated, I will dispute it with my credit card company. This company is a total SCAM. I've tried several times to process a return for a refund and have only received the runaround, with claims that it must be returned to Belgium and that the return shipping costs would exceed the item's value, suggesting I settle for a minor partial refund. Again, TOTAL SCAM. I wish I could share pictures of what I ordered versus what I received... it’s laughable.
I purchased two men's sweaters and was dissatisfied with the cut and quality upon receiving them. The contact number on the website has a recorded message directing customers to their support email. After sending multiple emails inquiring about the return process, I still haven't received a response. I recommend avoiding purchases from this company.
I never received the merchandise I ordered. When I reached out to them, they falsely claimed that I signed for it. I then reached out to the shipping company who provided pictures of my package that they delivered to an apparent abandoned house (I drove up and down my street and couldn't even find the house) in spite of having my correct address on the package. The picture clearly showed the package left on some random porch and was clearly not signed for by anyone. Luverti refused to make the situation right, even though they had the pictures as well. They refused to work with me so I had to flie a claim with my credit card company. I would avoid this company as they are extremely dishonest and refuse to take care of their customers.
I was shopping for an inexpensive pair of casual slip-on shoes ( Lucerti Alessio Leather), They were delivered in 1.5 months (not punctual).Arrived as advertised, look good and an OK fit (I would order a 1/2 size larger).They are comfortable, stylish and inexpensive. NOT top quality, but above average. I received compliments on them at a dinner party I attended.
I didn’t realise this was coming from abroad, probably China. It took 17 days to arrive in the UK from ordering. Upon receiving the quality is extremely poor and unwearable if honest. The material is really thin, with threads hanging out of it everywhere. The labels are all in foreign too.
