I am tired!!!!!
I placed my order on 2/6/2026 and emailed them in 2/16/2026 because the crappy tracking website said it hasn’t left china. They answered saying that it was going to be fulfilled within their time blah blah blah…. Well, today is 2/26/2026 and NOTHING I don’t have a piece of jewelry nor an email and surprise surprise the tracking website continues to says the package still in china!!!!! For God sake, I just hope this isn’t a scam and that I’ve lost my money.
I purchased holiday gifts and unfortunately less than half were useable as the matching items were severely discolored. One set that looked well photographed was greatly mis-represented. I contacted the company and was advised I would only get a 50% refund. If I wanted the full refund, I would have to pay shipping. Will never purchase from this company again. However, I took a gamble on another website and was thoroughly overwhelmed at their product. This company was a total let down. It's been almost 90 days and I am still unhappy as an e-consumer.
I was so satisfied with my order. The items were very nice and mostly the quality of the products.The customer service team did a fantastic job of helping me with my order. I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a good quality custom jewelry to buy from you guys
Sadly the company offers all these deals but the jewelry is basically one time use. It falls apart - Customer service wrote back offering a replacement of my piece for 9.99 that is basically what I paid for it. Bottom line you get what you pay for and all of these companies out of China are a big wast of money.

I have been in contact with customer service multiple times over the past month. Their website advises that orders ship 3-5 business days from date of order. With it being 5 business days during holiday peak.I placed my order on 12/6. As of today, 12/23/2025, I have gotten 2 separate tracking numbers, and neither show as having even left the warehouse.
