Steer clear of this company!

This company is truly disappointing; avoid them at all costs. I ordered a ceiling light of 30cm, and despite numerous inquiries, delivery was delayed. After a month of persistence, I received a light that is far too large for my intended space. There's not much I can do but warn others. Returning this item will be difficult since the company is overseas, and shipping costs would be high.

Avoid this service!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. My order took over a month to arrive and was not the correct color. I sent photos to prove the mistake and have been trying to return it for two weeks, but I receive no help. They keep saying they're waiting on their supplier... they seem like a scam.

Very poor experience - don't order!

Before ordering, be aware that they can't provide delivery dates. I ordered my item on December 11th, and by the 16th, they still had no information on delivery. They couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas either. The updates are misleading, telling me the shipping status has changed, but still no date. I advise against ordering from this company!

Unsatisfactory product

I bought a picnic wine table, and the item that arrived (after a long wait) looked completely different and of lower quality than shown online, with two chips. When I emailed to initiate a refund, I was told to wait while they reviewed my request. Six days later, I followed up, and they asked if the chips were intentional gaps for wine glasses—a ridiculous question, which feels like a stalling tactic to avoid processing my refund.

Frustrating refund process

I received another email from the company today stating they wouldn't increase their offer of 30% for me to keep faulty heated gloves. They also sent a survey asking about my experience and how they could improve. I rated them poorly because I received defective gloves, and they should inform customers that returns must be sent to another country, which incurs high shipping costs.

SCAM!

Don't bother buying one of these 'stained glass animal lights'! Mine has arrived as a gift for someone and I'm glad I opened it before giving it to them. Not at all like in the photos.Not stained glass just a cheap plasticity material.Looks like it has just been spray painted terribly by a child.Do not be scammed like me! AVOID!!

Faulty and incorrect product received

Like others, I received a pair of heated gloves that do not match the advertisement. They barely heat up, and I used the correct USB plug. The wiring only heats the back of the hand, not the palm or fingers, which is misleading. This was meant for a family member suffering from cold hands. I'm really disappointed that I wasted my money.

Item nowhere near as described

I ordered a lamp with flowers on. Item nowhere near as described. The photo on the website is completely different and the painting on the item is dreadful. I doubt a returned item will receive money back, and you have to pay postage to the Netherlands to return. If I can stop anyone else being scammed by this company at least I have done something positive.

ABSOLUTE SCAM WASTED MONEY

Absolute scam. Product not as advertised. Needs a powerbank to operate. No on/off switch to regulate when hands too hot. No instructions or manual provided.Plugged into mains when first received them and burnt out in seconds. NOT HAPPY AND ABSOLUTE SCAM.DO NOT BUY THESE....................

Don’t Order from Luminqo

In reply to Luminqo’s response, on each of my communications, the subject reference has been my Order No. I have no intention of putting in on Trustpilot. As already stated your company have repeatedly been unable to confirm where my order is plus I have twice requested a full refund. An automated AI reply to my Trustpilot review reiterates my lack of confidence in Luminqo and my original review stands.
