I guess this review doesn’t matter since they no longer exist?? But they sent me the wrong order. Then sent a replacement order (yay!)… but it was also the wrong item (seriously?!). And now the website is shut down, as is the email address. Womp womp. No refund. And never got the correct item I ordered.

Struggling to Get a Refund for Weeks - This Service is Untrustworthy.

I've been attempting to secure a refund for nearly 6 weeks. This service is untrustworthy. I paid £100 for two lights; one arrived and was deemed unsafe by an electrician. It looked nothing like the pictures and felt very flimsy. It could potentially catch fire if installed. I reached out to the support team and the trouble began. Obtaining a refund has been nearly impossible. The second light arrived, but I refused delivery from the courier. Still, there has been no refund or response whatsoever. I want my money back—this service is untrustworthy and should not be operating. Everyone, please be cautious. £100 lost, and I've notified trading standards.

Disappointing experience with this misleading seller

Like many others, I purchased items from this deceptive seller that were promoted as a stained glass lamp, but I ended up with a low-quality plastic USB lamp that was nothing like what was promised. The products offered are not as described.

Frustration with the service

Like many others, I am very frustrated with this company. They provided a tracking number, but it never updates. It shows it shipped six days ago, but there's no new information. I'm starting to feel scammed. Thankfully, it was only a small amount. I'm keeping an eye on my payment method to avoid any unexpected charges. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Still waiting on my item...

I am still waiting for my item after nearly a month. I've emailed them with no response. They just take your money. I'm uncertain if I will ever receive my order. I really hope they at least respond to me. It's basic courtesy to acknowledge customers.

Regret not checking the reviews first...

I regret not checking the reviews ahead of time. I placed an order on December 4th as a birthday gift for a friend on December 17th. I would have NEVER ordered from this company if I had known their reputation. The item is supposedly 'in transit'! But where exactly is it? Oh please, not with the delivery service!

Shipping troubles

I ordered a chess set on November 29th, and I'm still waiting. I have no idea where it is. When I email for updates, they always say it's 'moving through the delivery process.' This is the worst shipping experience I've ever had. I'm worried it won't arrive before Christmas. Based on this experience, I recommend ordering at least eight weeks in advance for special occasions. I can't comment on the quality since it hasn't arrived yet.

Disappointing product size

I gave one star because there’s no option for negative. I ordered on November 30th, and it arrived today. The box size told me immediately it was incorrect. Advertised as 30cm by 18cm, the item (a decorative light) was only half the expected size. It's not what I ordered, and the quality feels cheap. Very poor service. I won't be using this service again.
