Caution: Unreliable Service

This service is highly questionable. I paid over £100 for a product, but the courier repeatedly delayed delivery and eventually returned the items without any further attempts to deliver. I've reached out to the support team twice about this issue, but received no response whatsoever. The lack of customer service is incredibly frustrating.

This service is a scam

This service is a scam. Be cautious. Paid over £100 for a product. The courier delayed delivery twice and then returned the items without making another delivery attempt. The worst part is that I reached out to customer support about this twice, but received no response whatsoever. There's no customer support. It's a joke.

Severe reaction

Severe reaction to the SPF cream. I experienced tightness and extreme dryness of the skin, with red marks under my eyes. My skin is very irritated and sore. I haven't been able to apply anything to soothe it yet. I'm obviously very disappointed given the high cost of the products.

The best skincare brand ever!

I've been using the products for years! They are absolutely amazing! I especially love the gentle cleanser. I had cystic acne in high school, and this has really transformed my skin. I still use it today! I must commend the company for the new packaging. As a designer, I think it looks stunning and is a huge improvement over the previous design. Overall, I LOVE it! My favorite skincare brand by far!

Products contain fragrance

I've had this product for about a month now. I've used two different cleansers, morning and night, along with a moisturizer. My skin has started to break out, and I noticed their products contain fragrance, which I dislike for skincare. It's very harmful for the skin, so I won't be buying again.

I'm in love with their products, especially the marine-grade collagen in powder form. I'm on my fourth jar now, and I definitely feel a positive impact on my skin! I take one teaspoon every day in my homemade smoothies, and I highly recommend it!
