This company is a total rip off. I have been scammed out of €129.00 by them. They advertise noise cancelling headphones that have probably less noise cancelling abilities than a Hair net would have. When I complained about the quality of the goods I was told that they were sorry I wasn't satisfied and I had 2 options. (1) They would give me 10% refund and I can keep the headphones or or option(2) if i wanted to send them back to Hong Kong for a full refund less restocking/handling charge of 15% I would also be liable for postage costs for both return and initial journeys. This would cost approximately £35 each way total approx €70 (over €80)They have a UK email address, thus leading everyone to assume that the goods are UK based, just another way to fool people into believing their lies. This company's operating ways are unscrupulous. Please!! Please!! do not purchase anything from them, you will definitely regret having anything to do with them.
AVOID! This is a chinese scam company,Claiming to be premium products ..but absolute cheap nasty shite. Please read this and do not buy from them!. Im in the process of claiming the money back from the bank.If i could give no stars i would.. you’ve been warned .
I bought some bone conduction headphones and I couldnt beleive how bad the quality was. They rattle and vibrate over 50-60% volume making them massively uncomfortable to wear. For anyone running/cycling this is a must to go over 60% volume. I contacted customer support who asked me to send them a video, so i did, it clearly shows how bad they are rattling against my desktop as the volume increases. Firstly they told me thats normal, its not, I've tried Shokz in the shops and they don't. Then they offered me a 10% refund to keep them, or I could return and sacrifice a 15% handling fee, and have to sort postage to Hong Kong myself which could cost up to 40 quid and it could take up to a month for them to recieve. They only took a few days to arrive so clearly havent come from Hong Kong. Its an absolute joke, they send you a terrible product and you have to pay to get a reduced refund?!Terrible company, borderline (if not actual) scam. Packaging is poor too which makes me beleive theyve probably just sent me a previously returned product. Do not purchase, get a well known brand.
Awful company. Terrible product. I ordered some earphones that were very bad quality and the right hand one did not even work! Tried to get a refund. Impossible! Also will almost cost me my refund in postage. Avoid like the plague! Absolute rubbish company and would go so far as to say they scam you!
I ordered a set of Luvant-UK P959 noise cancelling wireless headphones after seeing a review on a comparison website saying what great value for money they were and actually compared the specs against Bose,Sennheiser,Sony and Apple products so I thought that they would be a decent shout. I got the impression from the website that they were a UK based company (Luvant-UK, why wouldn't they be?) so thought that I would be pretty safe to assume that the goods would be half decent, they were on special offer at £109 reduced from £199 how wrong could I be?The headphones turned up a week later from a UK warehouse via Yodel so I charged them up to test them... Oh dear, the sound quality of spoken word and music was terrible, very muffled and bassy, not quite as the crystal clarity as described in the sales pitch and high spec on the Luvant-UK site but worse was there is absolutely no noise cancelling function at all, with the power on or off there is no discernable difference! I contacted Luvant via their customer support email asking for a full refund and a returns address as the headphones were at best of the cheap and nasty type and explained that there was zero noise cancelling function whatsoever. I had a prompt reply saying that they were sorry that I was dissatisfied and offered me two solutions:- they would refund 10% of my £109 if I chose keep the £20 garbage they had sent out OR I could return them to HONG KONG via Royal Mail for £35 (Luvants costing) within 14 days of delivery! They would also charge me a 20% restocking fee PLUS 15% handling fee and the phones were to be returned in their original packaging which should be undamaged (in their opinion) if the packaging was damaged in transit then that would be my bad and they would charge another £25!They rack up these charges to deter the customer from returning the "goods" as you would effectively be paying them back out of your refund for absolutely nothing. Luvant -UK will not accept the bogus item back at their UK warehouse either, so I'm stuck with some extremely overpriced inferior phones or send them back and end up paying Luvant-UK for the privilege of doing business with them! It has SCAM written all over it, shipping from a UK base, poor quality items with a rubbish returns policy. Avoid Luvant-UK, they also sell out of a platform called TechRova, they sell the same Luvant-UK products at the same price.PS. It was my bank that highlighted the poor Trust Pilot reviews, if only I had seen them first😕
I believe these are a SCAM company and warn anyone about a potentiel fraud. I am waiting for a response on an item that is not yet received by the shipping company, even though they said it was in transit. I will modify this review if their support gets back to me with a suitable reply.
