Horrible horrible company, cheap made headphones. Claims that they are European but are from Korea. No good refunds available. 10 percent of the refund which is nothing.
DON’T DO IT❗An absolute scam company. Engages in fraudulent, deceptive marketing and trade practices. I cancelled the order for the Luvant NC Speakers within 2 hours. Customer Service replied that they tried to intercept the order but failed to do so. This company claims to be based in the UK but they partner globally with a company based in Hong Kong. I immediately opened a credit card dispute with my bank to reverse the charges.DON’T BUY FROM LUVANT.❗️They are predatory and will exploit your funds even when you notify them well in advance that you don’t want their trash.Do your due diligence. Carefully review and research any company before doing business with them, especially if it is an online business.
Purchased a dehumidifier on line which has no information for customer service support. Product was not correctly advertised on the site, misrepresented the product at a high price. As well the unit is extremely small. There is no Luvant dehumidifier brand. This is a scam for $339.
This dehumidifier brand 'Luvant' may be related to others ... e.g. 'Korvix', 'Overly', 'Covatar', 'DryEase', 'Raveno', 'Dewett', 'Rivexo' or 'Ocanvas' ). Google these words to access a 2024 BBC radio reporter's investigation of related scams: Polly Weston BBC "Dehumidified".These products are identical and come up on fake review sites e.g. 'top3-reviews.org', or 'truereviewzones.com' etc.The people behind these fake products just keep re-naming them and 're-launching' to new sets of unsuspecting buyers. If you've bought the product with a credit card, you can get your money back from the card provider, under consumer law.Don't be put off by demands to return the junk products, or false refund suggestions.
What Luvant (the scammers) are doing, is targeting western countries with what seems like legit websites e.g Luvnat-uk.com, (UK) luvant-no.com (Norway) with 'raving reviews' on their with their otherwise very cheap, useless and honestly counterfeit products, to unsuspectingly and trusting customers. So two sense, before you purchase ANYTHING online, check out the company FIRST through Trustpilot, check with people that have ACTUALLY used and are happy with the product (best advertisement) or stick to brands with actual physical stores you can visit to verify products if needs be.
