Despite knowing that checked baggage is usually included, the agent insisted on charging me extra for it. I refused to pay more and requested to keep the tickets at the original price with only carry-on baggage. The agent hung up on me, and I later received a full refund without explanation. My experience suggests they lure customers with low prices only to upsell baggage. I recommend using a reputable booking site instead.

I feel they are scammers who take your payment and then claim the flights are unavailable. Although I was promised a refund, I’m still waiting. I will pursue all legal options. UPDATE - I appreciate the agreement to refund, but it’s unfortunate that I had to push so hard for it.
