Stay AWAY from Luxplus. It's REAL SCAM! It is really NOT evident that when you make the order you become a member with BINDING conditions for 99 NOK per month of how they call it subscription. I my case I ordered for 295 NOK in December 2023 and with no any other purchases aftrewards up till the moment. After several months I noticed that they withdrew 99 per month - in total 500 NOK!!!!!!!!! In my overview of purchases it is mentioned that for this purchase I SAVED 265 NOK. Actually they have a very strange pricing policy. I see below that my case is not the only one. Seems they have a range of such customers who were really mislead. And of course they do not return money. They do money from nothing, from air! And of course they give the same automatic DEFAULT COMMENTS to all the complaints as seen and described below. Let's see what kind of feedback I will get!!!!!
Just wanna ask if they’re really selling Authentic products. When I bought Chloe perfume from this site it wasn’t the same from the one I bought in Kicks and surprisingly cheap compared to the store. And also, about the membership, I just realized I deducted 99/month when I looked at my bank acct. I hope it notifies people regarding this matter.
As many other reviewers here have noted, luxplus.no signs you up for a monthly membership with a fee of NOK99 without ever informing you about it. I eventually noticed it and cancelled it, BUT I just found out that they have charged me again. I went to the website to check my membership, and it's far from cancelled. It says that it can't be cancelled for now because I ordered something.So they will force you into a membership (without properly informing you) and then enroll you yet again (AGAIN without ever informing you about it) and won't allow you to cancel it or delete your card data.Last note: don't fall for their replies here saying that we inform like this and that. THEY DON'T. Informing a customer involves, at the very least, sending an email about what you're gonna charge them and then an email with a receipt for the charged amount like every other website does. I can't believe that this all is somehow legal. If it isn't, then maybe nobody wants to waste their time suing them, but they totally should be sued.
