Review Time
I have ordered the items a month back and the order is not delivered. When I reached transport, they deny stating the package is missed out due to mistakes from transport further asked me to reach luxplus. It isn't luxplus responsibility to ensure, the order is successfully delivered to the customer. I have ordered for Luxplus and not for the transport. Moreover, the amount for the order made is already debited from my accout. This is unfair. This experience is recent and still need to be addressed. So, what kind of review does the team wanted me to write on this page. This is genuine. FYI, this is the first time experience. So far, Luxplus was great for me. Now, not sure...what to finalize :(
1 little problem is that packing comes only till ballangen and that is 20 km from my home, so I have to drive with my car to pick up… I think the name from the delivery company is wrong “ heltjemme” i have many friends in my place that the don’t have a car and told me that’s the reason they don’t want shopping with you..
