these folks are essentially thieves - STAY AWAY. They signed me up for a membership without me realising and I have just realised they have been skimming 100kr from my acccount every month for the past year. Sure Luxplus at some point I technically will have clicked some box in the small print when placing a one off order but you are running a really unethical practise here - you can see in the reviews how many people have been fooled by this so don't BS - you are running a complete scam here. I will report you to the ombudsman for this
Why don’t you have a list of ingredients that make up the product? And please notify people that they are directly members of the community (message via email) because this system is terrible. I just suddenly find out that I am a member when I personally log into my account on the site.
I ordered a package over a week ago and its still not been shipped to the delivery service. Tried to send an email but still no answer, cant seem to find a number to contact either. On top of that i got an automatic subscription to theyre website. I managed to see it before it took anything out of my account but still thats pretty messed up.
