The extreme skin SPF 50 pills when applied. Apparently there is a known ingredient that reacts with salt from the sea, so you get wasted product and uneven distribution.They can only recommend completely drying yourself before application.
Absolutely shocked to find out that the Lean Screen does not work - I received an recall email from Boots saying that the results are variable with as low as SPF 4. My face has been burning to a crisp all summer and my skin is irreversibly damaged and covered in spots. A refund for the tube is such a poor compensation for ruining my skin! I emailed customer service and they just brushed it off like it didn't matter.
I purchased the Ultraviolet sunscreen and have been using it for over a year, trusting that it provided the SPF 50 protection stated on the label.However, following the recent test results published by The Choice Australia, I was shocked and disappointed to learn that the product reportedly offers less than SPF 4 protection. This is extremely concerning, as I relied on the product for proper sun protection and feel misled as a consumer.Given the serious discrepancy between the product’s claims and its actual performance, I would like to request a full refund.I look forward to your response with details on how to proceed with the refund process.
I’ve had issues twice with packaging breaking after a few months of use (once for the lip balm and once for the mist), and both times UV customer service have been very helpful and sent out replacements with no issues (after troubleshooting to see if I could easily fix the issue). Amanda and Bella in particular were very helpful and nice.
