Stay away from this site!! in my opinion they're scammers! you buy one cheap thing from them for one time, you get one invoice (separate invoice) for that thing which you pay normally then suddenly like 3 weeks later a hidden subscription for 99kr a month just shows up!! which you ofcours had no idea about! you contact them and ask for an explanation they tell you oh yea it says that in our terms! so now their cheap price turns to double the price! i just reported them to Klarna and they told me that they've already received many complaints about them and they will take it further. They use this cheap unprofessional way to get extra money from customers! Just stay away from them!
Delivery to Norway takes 1 week. And their customer service is really good. I normally order all my skin care products from here like my retinol, moisturizer etc. Affordable prices, much cheaper than the pharmacies and other stores in Norway.
they have been taking 99kr out of my account for many months and I did not get any notice from the website. I did not even know I was a member of that website and had been paying for the membership. it seems like many other people experienced same. if you had been buying product from this website make sure you check if you are registered as a member there. and check if you had been paying monthly money.
I made a one-time purchase on Luxplus website and was shocked to find they had started deducting 99 NOK from my account every month. I only found out when I tried to log in after 5 months and saw a message about the monthly cost. This practice feels deceptive and unacceptable. Be very careful before buying from this company.
