Review Time
I love my Luxplus account! It would be nice if I could pause it once in a while and keep my account/benefits, but overall I feel like I save a lot of money (I live in Norway and a lot of the KBeauty that finally makes it over here is very expensive). I’ve had it for almost two years now I believe, and the selection is always improving which I appreciate.
Money was taken out from my account but order didn't go through for some technical issues. I contacted customer service and sent all screen shots but they said they can't find my account or order.Update:After support replied to this post they looked at my case seriously (I didn't write again since I already wrote to the support before posting review here) and returned me the money. So it was a technical issue on the website but it is frustrating that nobody looked at it before public complain.
Package Never Delivered – Luxplus Refuses ResponsibilityI ordered perfume (order #32097054) from Luxplus on 11 August 2025. The package was marked as delivered by Helthjem, but I never received it.I contacted both Helthjem and Luxplus. Helthjem later confirmed in writing that the package was not delivered and may have been lost in transit. Despite this, Luxplus initially refused to help, claiming their responsibility ends once the tracking shows “delivered.”This is not correct under Norwegian consumer law (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), which requires the seller to ensure the customer actually receives the goods.I have provided proof, yet Luxplus has not offered a refund or replacement. I am now preparing to escalate the case to Forbrukerrådet.Extremely disappointing experience.
They are the worst. Most care less customer service i have ever met. I order something for 3 weeks ago. I didn’t get the package neither could I see it on tracking. I couldn’t get to them through phone or email. The worst experience. Won’t buy from them again !
