I purchased five original Semple fragrances and was able to compare them with official perfumes. Shipping was slightly delayed due to the Black Friday period, and the final courier delivered without prior notice, but overall everything was fine.
I had a membership and was purchasing at least once a month. However, they eventually ceased deliveries to my location, citing problems with the shipping provider. I'm left questioning why another carrier couldn't be utilized. The cancellation process for my membership was rather confusing and filled with errors. It's disappointing because I would have continued shopping with them. Additionally, their response times are not very quick.
Pleasant experience with the products: the decant bottles are lovely, the packaging is tidy, and the fragrances smell authentic. My only issue was the slow shipping — it took about a week to dispatch my order, and the total delivery took around 3 weeks. Other than that, everything was excellent.
Amazing selection of fragrances, the delivery time is quite prompt, and the fragrances are always well packaged. I also received complimentary fragrances as part of a promotion. I frequently get compliments on the fragrances I wear, so I will definitely explore more!
