Today, your staff unjustly accused my two children, who are the only ones of color in the store, of stealing a lost phone. They approached my kids and suggested that if they had the phone, they should return it to avoid trouble. This behavior is not only discriminatory but also completely unacceptable. My oldest child had to assert that they are not thieves. I attempted to reach your store by phone, but there was no response, making it difficult to communicate directly. It would be wise to invest in better training for your staff.

I ordered a ceramic item that broke in shipment.
They wanted me to drive 40 miles one way to return it so they can throw it in the trash!
They obviously don’t care about the safety of customers or employees to make them handle broken glass! I called and sent a picture so they refunded me the cost of the item but not the shipping! If they had packed it properly so it would not break, I would have received it undamaged! So, I am paying for their mistake. I will never order from them again!

Ordering online has been a nightmare. The website is in dire need of an update. Customer service is disappointing, and the return process is frustrating. They've had my item for 30 days, and now I’m told it will take another 7-14 business days. This is simply absurd.
A warning to anyone buying online: THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS. I made a purchase 10 days ago, my card was charged, but I received no confirmation. After reaching out, they confirmed the item was oversold and that the 'pending charge' would return in 3-5 days. No apologies or efforts to resolve the issue. Now, 10 days later, the charge is still pending. I was told it’s 5-8 business days, but it had already been 9. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. An apology and clear communication about the situation would have been appreciated.
We ordered an item on August 28th, and while FedEx shipped it, it was lost by September 3rd. After contacting the service, they agreed it was lost and said they would send a replacement, but we wanted a refund instead. The item was meant for a birthday on September 13th, and we had to find it elsewhere. They insisted on a receipt from the new store, which made no sense since we paid them. After a lot of back and forth, we finally got the refund, but my wife, who has shopped with them for 40 years, vowed never to return.
The returns from this company were sent back to me from China! The dresses were nothing like the photos online, and I spent £50 plus £25 to return them. They claimed it was stuck in customs, then returned to me. Do NOT buy from this scam of a company. They are based in China, not the UK!
I walked into the store excited to find a backpack on sale. However, the sales associate was busy chatting with friends and took ages to assist me. After I tried to dispose of some trash, she confronted me rudely about it. I didn’t want to go behind the counter, so I left it where it was. Her behavior was unprofessional, and I left feeling quite frustrated.
I paid $28.49 for expedited shipping that was supposed to arrive on August 8, but it came on August 11 instead. Customer service acknowledged the delay but refused to issue a refund, which shows a lack of business ethics and disregard for customer satisfaction.
My friend and I, both 14, entered the store looking for a specific t-shirt. We wandered into the back and were shocked to find inappropriate items on display. The store already smelled like cigarettes, making the experience even worse. The lack of age restrictions is concerning, and we will NEVER return.
