They never provide me with guidance on how to handle this on my own. Previously, I could contact support via phone or chat, but now, no one answers the phone, and the chat option is solely an AI bot.

Product keys are invalid; poor customer service

Fraud! The product keys are non-functional. They do not respond to help requests. I’ve been trying for over three months. Avoid this service at all costs. Do yourself a favor. Terrible experience.

Reinstallation issues with activation key

The original order for a software key worked well. However, after needing to reinstall my operating system, the activation key for the software failed to work again. I reached out to support several times through chat and email but received no response. A representative would connect to the chat but never followed up. PROCEED WITH CAUTION! I will look for software elsewhere.

I purchased a version of software that failed to activate automatically or through the suggested phone service. They indicated that my installation ID was invalid. During a chat session, a representative refused to provide any solutions to fix the software issue. I was given two options: allow a remote session through third-party software or request a refund. This is an unreasonable choice. Granting access to my system raises significant privacy and security concerns. Any assistance they could provide should have been communicated to me directly, as I have a good understanding of technology. I recommend looking for alternatives.

Received incorrect software key and rude support

I purchased a software key from them. A representative sent me the wrong key. When I requested the correct one, it still didn’t work. They directed me to live support, where the representative was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. I called their customer service, and the same representative was rude, insisting that the keys were equivalent, which they are not. He then stated I wouldn’t receive a refund, told me to stop calling, and hung up. They later claimed I purchased a key they don’t even offer. Exercise caution!
