I entered a sweepstakes with Forged 4x4 and expected a one-time entry purchase, but instead was signed up for a recurring monthly membership charge without clear consent. When I tried to cancel, it was extremely difficult to reach support, and the company refused a full refund, offering only partial refunds after long delays. Online complaints from other customers also show a pattern of unauthorized charges and confusing membership practices. Multiple users on Trustpilot call it a “scam”, citing ongoing monthly charges and unresponsive support. On BBB, similar complaints describe being automatically enrolled in a membership they never agreed to, with the company failing to make a good-faith effort to resolve issues. I caution anyone considering paid entries or memberships — the costs and cancellation headaches are not worth it.
I purchased a chance to win a campervan for $12.95 and figured I would buy a ticket little that I knew they would continue charging my credit card $12.95 every month. I had to call my bank and block all further withdrawals from this “company” I tried to contact them for a refund but they beat around the bush not giving me a direct answer. At this point I don’t even believe there ever was a real campervan giveaway and am fully convinced that the whole thing was a big scam!
