At the opening of my account in august 10th I transferred money from my bank account. I've got the confirmation by e-mail of my transfer but after more than 5 weeks my account is still not credited. Sinds this confirmation the support does not answer my emails. I have also sent a request to "info at maclear" to bring the absence of answer under the attention.Without any response I can suspect a lot of bad things.UPDATE: A couple of days after posting my review, my account was credited. Sinds this moment everything is working as intended and I am a happy investor on the platform.I also received an apology from the support team for the delays and a small cash amount as compensation which is nice to get.Also thanks to Trustpilot.com

However, upon clicking into the project, I was redirected to an external site (8lends.io), where the investment was denominated in USDC (crypto) — not euros.There was no prior warning of this currency switch, nor any clear path for a user holding euros to convert or invest. I wrote again to ask how I could invest my €1,000 — but days passed with no actionable guidance. To this day, I still haven’t received a straight answer about how to invest in a real euro-based project from my bank deposit.3. Email Marketing Lacks TransparencyMarketing emails sent from Maclear include bold calls to action like “Invest Now,” but when clicked, they lead to glossy company dossiers — without any investment buttons, no mention of the required currency, and no explanation of how to proceed. You’re left confused, unable to act on the opportunity. If investment is only possible by logging into the dashboard, that should be made clear.4. Crypto Course Quality Is PoorI also completed Maclear’s free “Crypto Course,” which is a set of seven videos narrated by the CCO in heavily accented English, with poor production quality. Slides are auto-translated by AI, and the platform even asks users to rate the AI-generated text. This doesn’t inspire much confidence in a platform handling real investor funds.5. No Real-Time Customer SupportUnlike other platforms I use (like QuantFury), Maclear has no phone line or live chat during weekends, and its chatbot simply collects your email. If you need help — especially when your money is on the line — you’re often left waiting with no one to speak to. This is a major concern.---Conclusion:In the end, I requested a full withdrawal of my €1,000, which I received a few business days later. I have left my Maclear account open but inactive, and I will not be reinvesting. Between the lack of transparency, confusing investment paths, delayed customer service, and misleading marketing, I simply cannot recommend Maclear in its current form.Red flags:• Marketing e-mails are pointless. The subject introduces a “new company”; the big “Invest now” button opens a glossy PDF that never states the currency and contains no link or instructions to invest—the trail just ends.• “Current projects” list is just as empty. Scroll down, click the project thumbnails, get more slick PDFs—again no currency disclosure and no way to place an order. Why label the button Invest now if you can’t?• Crypto course = low-budget production. Seven beginner-level videos narrated by the CCO in heavily accented English; slides are machine-translated and the platform even asks me to rate the AI text. Hardly confidence-inspiring for a financial firm.• Support silence. Still no explanation of where the EUR projects went or how to invest my €1 000, so I have initiated a full withdrawal.Verdict: unclear, non-transparent, a time-sink—cannot recommend.
