So far so good

I am updating my original review. After posting, the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours.My account access was fully restored, and the problem is now completely settled. While the initial support was slow (perhaps because they are a new company), their response to a serious concern was swift and effective once escalated.Maclear has proven to be legit, and the payout process works well. I hope we can continue to do business together for a long time.Original message:I deposited 500€ and everything was fine. The next month, I deposited another 500€, but then they asked me to verify my address, which they already had on file. They also requested a document, which I sent, but a bug in the platform is preventing it from being accepted.The support team takes weeks to respond, and I still can't access my own money. THEY'VE LOCKED MY MONEY AWAY, AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO TOUCH IT FOR A MONTH!
