An App is clearly needed, instead of just the web site. Also, automated robo advisors would be of great assistance. Navigation is a bit cumbersome. Other than that, projects are presented in a clear fashion and investments are simple to be made
The experience so far has been great. It's been about a year, and so far everything worked as expected, great returns and no projects delayed. The website is really not so great, in particular, searching in the secondary market is a bit of a pain. They added 2FA recently, which was a must and a source of worry for me.
I have contact them through email more than 3 times and never got a reply back from them. You should be aware of the support and responsiveness of the site before you put any money in there. I will not invest a single Euro with a company doesn´t even response to the questions and emails from customers.
