Our driver, Mo Arziq, was excellent. He drove all the way from the Netherlands to Denmark and back, and despite the heavy snow, he handled everything with great professionalism and a positive attitude. He carefully loaded all our belongings into the truck, and I have no complaints about his work.We did experience some communication issues with the company. The truck arrived later than initially agreed, which forced us to reorganize our trip at the last minute. Instead of splitting the journey into two days with an overnight stay in Germany, we had to travel straight to the Netherlands in one go, in a full car with a baby, a dog and 2 elderly people.Aside from this inconvenience, I am satisfied with the overall service.
Super satisfied with the move by Magic Movers Ton, Amar and Melvin worked hard and with great care. Even complex tasks were handled at best. Highly recommended. Thanks a lot guys, for your nice company during this hard day of work.
