I dealt with them for 5 months as service provider I stopped dealing with them and below my experience.1- a small office in duivendrecht has no handymen to preform jobs, they only outsource them unlike what they pormot.2- their prices are unfair both to customer and the service providers as they have margin at least 30% depending on the job.3- prices are set based on estimated time for job completion which is not realistic.3- they pay service providers 14 days later from client's payment which is another way of making money.4- if there an issue with client job cancellation, you will not receive your cancelation fee as service provider 5- issues between klusup and client (non-related to service) has to be born by service provider in term of payment delays or even no paymentBased on above, klusup is just IT company marketing themselves as professional services provider which is just parasiteng professional services providers field.I don't recommend dealing with them if you are a klusbedrijf as you would loose more than you gain.For clients, it would be better to Google search in your area for a handyman, you will get better prices, flexibility in all aspects.Finally, such companies are showing an image that not reflecting the reality and ruining the handymen business without providing any advantage as they are just a brokers.
I booked an IKEA PAX wardrobe installation including packaging disposal. Unfortunately the wardrobe was left unsecured despite mandatory IKEA safety requirements and the disposal service was not carried out.When I contacted support, instead of a clear acknowledgment of the mistake, they gave me poor excuses and offered no solution other than charging me more. I Was told the wardrobe didn’t need anchoring because it was “self-supporting” (this does not prevent tripping) might affect sliding doors (which i do not even have), had skirting boards behind it that should have been removed (which is absolutely not true), and the floor wasn’t level (that makes anchoring even more important).Unprofessional attitude and zero accountability for their own errors. If you care about safety and professional service, look elsewhere.
