Sold items they didn’t even have, they freaked out when I said I was coming to visit the unit 56 on Monday morning to collect my goods after they refused to ship them, I will still be attending the unit to see the staff and collect my goods, as I need them and you have them and I’ve paid for them, so the deal has been done lol. Refusing to refund me today, when they’ve stolen my money with no intention of giving me what I’ve paid for
Paid for my order and only got told after paying that it was out of stock. It’s been over a week with no replies to my emails and no update at all. I run a small business, so this delay really affects me. Completely unprofessional. Still chasing a refund. Would not recommend, especially to anyone running a small business like me.
Avoid this shop at all cost. You're probably looking for extra income by hoping to flip over the clothes you buy from this company. They delivered unsellable products, most of them were XXL, L and stained items that shouldn't have be sold and will cannot be sold to any consumer.I sent an email to complain and no response. Such a waste.
Always have a good experience with Maias. I have had a few orders now from maias and apart from one occasion everything was perfect, on the one occasion I had an issue I messaged and this was sorted the next day, can’t complain about the products or customer service.
I’ve now bought across a range of different items and am very happy with the profitability from them. Every box I open from them is exciting and I’m looking forward to many more! I like the pre-order service too and have a few great items lined up for November, thanks
