Review Time
I’ve been buying from Maia’s vintage for several months now and I’m yet to receive a bad batch of stock. Communication from the team has been so so good and genuine, any issues (delivery related and no fault of their own) have always been resolved within 24 hours, they even went as far as getting it resolved before taking off for a flight! Dedication doesn’t quite cover it! In comparison to experiences I’ve had with other wholesales, Maia’s really do go above and beyond - you can really see they put their everything into the business and I’ve loved being able to watch their growth. Here’s to buying many more bales with them! Highly highly recommend this company.

Do not trust this company!!!!!!! Terrible customer service and blame the customer for their own mistakes and the items are rags I wouldn't be able to give the items away to a charity shop let alone do anything with them myself I placed the order which took 3 months to arrive and then the item was lost by the courier they told me I had to deal with it as it is my problem and not there's after I did manage to deal with it a battered box full of the wrong item arrived so I contacted them again to be told that I was lying and they sent me the correct items they are a horrible company to deal with and you will only be disappointed by what you receive I cannot see how t shirts full of holes and rips can be jeans I really do hope others see this and stay away from such inconsiderate people trying to steal your money and not take responsibility for their actions do not use them you will only have to fight for resolutionUpdate: I without doubt bought the items from this company please do not let their reply fool you and I also replied to the message they sent via emailTried to have my review removed and I am now verified after showing proof to Trustpilot this should show everyone what kind of people they areThey keep replying and trying to make excuses throwing around accusation I have never been abusive towards anyone in my life this is all lies lies but just look at the other reviews People will make their own judgement and ultimately you should not be in business. So I’ve now used these twice and honestly probably one of the better wholesalers I’ve come across. I ordered a mixed bale of fleeces from them in grade A and they lived up to the standards of a grade A and I’ve also ordered a bale of Columbia jackets and fleeces and yet again they came in grade A condition!!.Unfortunately I didn’t receive a tracking code for these so i sent them a message on instagram and they came back to me pretty quickly with the tracking code and I then received my order within 2 days of purchase. I’m still new to this world and one of the things I love most is they give you an idea on the description of what an item roughly sells for which is super helpful weather it be a grade A or B. I’ve been asked by a few buyers and sellers where I get my stock from and I’d honestly say hand on heart maiasvintagewholesale.When I need a restock I always have a look around but I would be more than happy to buy from these guys first just because of there communication and the stock they sell.Couldn’t recommend them anymore. 😉
Really nice people to deal with. Did have some issues that have now been dealt with, just needed some constructive conservasations. Let's not forget when dealing with vintage somethings could be missed by a member of staff sorting through massive volumes of items & also I think they're a fairly new company that have needed to iron out a few kinks. Some of their stuff is terrific value & margins can be massive on some pieces. I looking forward to more business with them soon.
We have ordered from here multiple times. Great products and always very fact delivery! Maia and Marley are always brilliant with communicating to their customers! It appears some low life has a vengeance for them and is posting fake reviews but I can assure you that they are a great company to deal with!
We have used Maias quite a few times and have always come away very satisfied customers. We purchased a Nike Joggers bale this time and are so pleased with this order! Amazing! Ordered many times from Maia’s wholesale, the grade has always been as described and never had any problems. I’ve received orders within 48 hours when they have it in stock. Crazy range of stock with some insane pulls. Maia and Marley are both super helpful and always on hand to help/ give advice. Communication is top notch. Been a pleasure watching them grow. 10/10 would recommend!!
