Terrible experience with this platform. I posted my ads, but they failed to verify my ID. Their customer support is the worst I’ve encountered. I wouldn’t recommend this platform. I paid a significant amount for ads that were of interest to many customers who couldn’t reach me due to my preference for messaging apps. The platform removed my ads without a refund and showed no concern for customer issues. Despite my attempts to contact them, I've had no success. While another branch has been helpful, this one is disappointing. Many in my circle have reported similar experiences, prompting them to start their own online shops. It’s disheartening to see such poor customer service, especially after receiving payment.
